Reboot Staff is currently seeking a Cashier/Customer Service professional to join our Miami-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with purchases in a professional and courteous manner
Operate cash registers and process payments accurately
Handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policies
Answer customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
Support inventory restocking and product displays when necessary
Follow company procedures regarding cash handling and customer service
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
Basic math and computer skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle transactions quickly and accurately
Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift light merchandise as needed
