We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication efforts. This role will be central to ensuring consistent messaging, developing written content, and enhancing the company’s voice across a variety of platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, organized, and capable of managing multiple communication projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and edit internal and external communications including newsletters, announcements, and corporate updates

  • Assist in the planning and execution of communication strategies and campaigns

  • Coordinate with departments to gather content and ensure message alignment

  • Prepare presentation materials, press releases, and communication briefs

  • Maintain an internal content calendar to track messaging efforts

  • Monitor industry trends and recommend communication improvements

  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and presentation

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a communications or coordination role

  • Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Familiarity with content planning and project coordination

  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
