Job Description
Messa Sync is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Advertising Agent to join our Tampa, FL team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing advertising campaigns across multiple formats to meet our clients’ goals. You’ll collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and align with brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement advertising campaigns according to client objectives and budget

• Coordinate with internal teams to develop content, graphics, and promotional strategies

• Conduct market research to identify trends and assess campaign effectiveness

• Analyze advertising performance and prepare progress and ROI reports

• Monitor competitor activity and industry developments

• Maintain client communication and provide campaign updates and recommendations

• Ensure all advertising materials comply with company and legal standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in advertising or campaign management preferred

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in advertising platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
