We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives and drive sales operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between the marketing and sales departments, ensuring consistent messaging, optimized workflows, and targeted outreach to prospective clients.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns in alignment with sales objectives
Develop and maintain sales support materials including presentations, brochures, and client proposals
Track and analyze campaign metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, branding, and lead-generation efforts
Manage customer databases, track leads, and support the sales pipeline
Schedule and support meetings, events, and trade shows as needed
Assist in market research and competitor analysis
Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing and sales assets
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a marketing or sales coordination role
Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer engagement strategies, and sales processes
