Job Description:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our team in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer information into our systems while providing exceptional service through prompt and professional communication.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update customer data with high accuracy and attention to detail

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and courteous manner
