Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team in New Orleans. The ideal candidate will support daily operations by receiving, organizing, and preparing goods for shipment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy and care in handling

• Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations

• Maintain inventory levels and report discrepancies

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely

• Assist in order picking, packing, labeling, and staging shipments

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times

• Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards

• Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods

• Familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse equipment is a plus

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Team player with good communication and problem-solving abilities

• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions accurately
