In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems while providing exceptional support to customers. Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update customer information into databases
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
Maintain records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions
Assist with order processing, account updates, and data verification
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry and customer service (1+ year)
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
