Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies that align with client goals and reinforce brand messaging. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about clear and compelling communication.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications including newsletters, announcements, reports, and client briefs

• Assist in developing communication strategies that support business objectives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is consistent and effective

• Monitor and evaluate communication campaigns for impact and improvements

• Prepare talking points, presentations, and other supporting materials for meetings and events

• Manage client communications and maintain ongoing relationships with key stakeholders

• Maintain records of communications plans and feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

• 1–3 years of professional experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or client relations

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail and meet tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general familiarity with project management tools

• Demonstrated ability to adapt messaging for various audiences and platforms
