We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of a variety of brand events. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering high-quality experiences. The Events Assistant will work closely with the Events Manager and internal teams to ensure all logistical and creative elements of our events align with the client’s goals and brand identity.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating all event logistics from concept to completion
Communicate with vendors, venues, and partners to secure resources and services
Prepare and manage event materials, signage, and supplies
Support on-site event execution, including setup, registration, and breakdown
Track budgets, timelines, and progress reports for each event
Ensure all branding elements are implemented consistently across all touchpoints
Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting
Maintain internal databases and calendars related to event schedules
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in event coordination or a similar support role preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
Flexible schedule and willingness to travel or work evenings/weekends as required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
