We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our team in Austin, TX. This position combines accurate data input with customer support tasks to ensure all client interactions and records are handled with care and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Accurately input client and property information into internal systems
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
Verify and update existing data to maintain accuracy and integrity
Assist with documentation, data tracking, and report generation
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues
Maintain confidentiality of all client data
Follow standard procedures for data entry and customer service protocols
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
1+ year of experience in data entry or customer service
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Positive attitude and strong organizational skills
