We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring our daily administrative activities run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments

  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence

  • Assist with data entry, filing systems, and record-keeping

  • Support internal teams with clerical tasks and coordination

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and arrange travel when needed

  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory

  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications
