We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of property tours, corporate events, and client-focused gatherings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for logistics, hospitality, and providing outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and executing events, including open houses, promotional property showcases, and corporate functions

  • Manage event logistics such as venue setup, catering, vendors, and on-site coordination

  • Maintain communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure event success

  • Prepare materials such as event signage, schedules, and promotional tools

  • Track budgets, timelines, and post-event evaluations

  • Provide administrative support before, during, and after events

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

  • 1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events
