We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of property tours, corporate events, and client-focused gatherings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for logistics, hospitality, and providing outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating and executing events, including open houses, promotional property showcases, and corporate functions
Manage event logistics such as venue setup, catering, vendors, and on-site coordination
Maintain communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure event success
Prepare materials such as event signage, schedules, and promotional tools
Track budgets, timelines, and post-event evaluations
Provide administrative support before, during, and after events
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events
