Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Agent to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and executing marketing strategies to promote property listings, attract potential buyers, and enhance brand visibility across multiple channels. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to residential and commercial properties

• Create compelling promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and email campaigns

• Coordinate and manage local advertising campaigns

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends

• Collaborate with real estate agents and clients to understand property features and selling points

• Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI

• Represent Property Soar at property expos, open houses, and local events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property services

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• High level of creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail
