We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Account Manager to join our team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will assist with client account management, support property operations, and maintain effective communication between internal teams and clients. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts

  • Assist in managing property service contracts and communications

  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet client expectations

  • Track and report on account performance metrics

  • Support the development of proposals and presentations

  • Resolve client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all account activities

  • Participate in training and development programs to build industry knowledge

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Real Estate, or related field preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

  • Team player with a proactive attitude

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • No prior experience required, but internships or customer service experience is a plus
