We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our New Orleans team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing assistance and solutions in a fast-paced and professional environment. You’ll work closely with our property management and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Assist clients with rental applications, property information, and service requests
Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Coordinate with internal teams to address and follow up on customer needs
Provide support during property showings and open house events
Process client documentation and maintain confidential information
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Proven experience in customer service or administrative support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure
Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Familiarity with real estate or property management is an advantage
