We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our New Orleans team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing assistance and solutions in a fast-paced and professional environment. You’ll work closely with our property management and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

  • Assist clients with rental applications, property information, and service requests

  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

  • Coordinate with internal teams to address and follow up on customer needs

  • Provide support during property showings and open house events

  • Process client documentation and maintain confidential information

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative support

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure

  • Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems

  • Familiarity with real estate or property management is an advantage
