We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of property-related events, open houses, and promotional showcases. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the logistical coordination and smooth running of our events, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for attendees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of events, including open houses, community meetups, and promotional gatherings.

  • Work closely with the Events Manager to manage timelines, vendors, and supplies.

  • Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring quality presentation and adherence to brand standards.

  • Communicate with property staff and external partners regarding event needs.

  • Prepare and maintain event documentation, such as schedules, checklists, and feedback reports.

  • Monitor event-day activities and provide on-site support to ensure seamless operations.

  • Track inventory of promotional materials and event equipment.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in event coordination or administrative support.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in fast-paced environments.

  • Flexible schedule and availability to support occasional evening or weekend events if needed.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
