We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Communications Coordinator to support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong writing skills and a passion for maintaining brand voice and consistency across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing communication plans that align with company goals.

  • Write and edit internal communications, press releases, newsletters, and other content.

  • Coordinate cross-departmental messaging and ensure brand consistency.

  • Track communication campaigns and compile reports on effectiveness.

  • Manage content calendars and assist in preparing presentations and promotional materials.

  • Support leadership in crafting key corporate messages and announcements.

  • Maintain organized documentation of communications processes and materials.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications, PR, or editorial role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design software is a plus.
