We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Advertising Coordinator to join our Los Angeles-based team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of advertising processes, campaign execution, and client coordination. You’ll support the planning and delivery of advertising projects across print, digital, and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor advertising campaigns from concept to completion.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.

  • Assist in budget tracking, scheduling, and campaign reporting.

  • Review and proof advertising content to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support campaign strategies.

  • Maintain project timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts.

  • Prepare and organize campaign documentation and client updates.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or project coordination role.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and in teams.
