We are currently seeking a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant to support our executive team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will handle administrative and personal tasks with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. This role requires excellent time management, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for executives

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and logistics

  • Handle correspondence, calls, and emails on behalf of executives

  • Assist with personal errands and confidential assignments

  • Organize meetings, take notes, and prepare necessary documentation

  • Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies

  • Provide timely reminders and follow-ups on critical tasks

  • Assist in managing expenses and basic financial records

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar administrative role

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities

  • High level of discretion and professionalism

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital calendar tools

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
