We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and handling confidential information with discretion. This is a vital position designed to support leadership in achieving business goals efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily calendars and schedule appointments

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries

  • Handle confidential documents and communications with professionalism

  • Assist in planning meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and correspondence

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations for executive support

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion

  • High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
