We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team in Blue Ash, OH. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience with our services. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live support systems

  • Resolve product or service issues promptly and professionally

  • Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary

Qualifications
