Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our team. This role combines accurate data input with attentive customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update customer data into internal databases and records

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, courteous manner

  • Verify and correct data discrepancies

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data

  • Assist with order processing and tracking customer service tickets

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues

  • Maintain logs and generate basic reports for internal use

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred

  • Proven experience in data entry or customer service (1-2 years minimum)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data management systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Dependable with a strong sense of responsibility
