We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about marketing, highly organized, and eager to contribute to the success of our branding and campaign efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Conduct market research to support campaign planning and decision-making

  • Coordinate marketing materials, promotional activities, and client presentations

  • Manage content updates for internal documents, marketing collateral, and reports

  • Track campaign performance and prepare analytics reports for review

  • Maintain the marketing calendar and support event coordination

  • Support communication efforts between the marketing team and external vendors or partners

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 1+ year of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
