Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Communications Agent to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role is essential to ensuring the clarity and consistency of both internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and stakeholders, facilitating effective information exchange and contributing to the development of key messaging strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, proofread, and deliver professional internal and external communications

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure message alignment and accuracy

• Manage the distribution of newsletters, announcements, and updates

• Assist in preparing communication plans for new projects or campaigns

• Monitor communication workflows and propose improvements

• Maintain organized records of communications and follow-ups

• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate information

• Support leadership in presentations and official communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or related field

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a communications-related role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication platforms
