Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Marketing Communications Assistant to support our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will help coordinate internal and external communications, support branding efforts, and ensure the consistent delivery of our message across various channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong written and verbal communication skills who is eager to grow in the marketing and branding field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing communication strategies and campaigns

  • Draft, proofread, and edit internal and external communications including newsletters, brochures, press releases, and presentations

  • Coordinate communication projects and timelines with the marketing and design teams

  • Maintain and organize marketing content and assets

  • Support event coordination and promotional initiatives

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to support campaign development

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing or communications role (internships included)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
