We are currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. You will act as a key liaison between the company and its customers, delivering accurate information and support in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email

  • Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues

  • Provide product or service information and resolve product/service problems

  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
