We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Office Representative to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal team members. This role plays a vital part in presenting a professional image of the company while providing administrative support and ensuring smooth front office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

  • Manage the reception area, keeping it clean and organized

  • Schedule appointments and maintain conference room calendars

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Support various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and recordkeeping

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely response to front office needs

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

  • Enforce security protocols for guest access and identification

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
