We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Assistant to help manage daily administrative operations and ensure our office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
Assist in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Support the onboarding process for new employees
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
