We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. This position plays a key role in supporting both our marketing initiatives and sales operations. You will be responsible for coordinating campaigns, assisting with lead generation strategies, managing data and reporting, and ensuring seamless communication between the marketing and sales teams.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns and promotions across various channels
Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations for the sales team
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights
Track and report on marketing campaign performance and sales outcomes
Support the sales team by managing client databases and updating CRM systems
Organize events, trade shows, and meetings with prospective clients
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals
Provide administrative support including scheduling and documentation
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a marketing, sales support, or coordination role
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
