We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executives and operations team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle incoming emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations with accuracy
Conduct research and gather data for meetings and decision-making
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and company functions
Maintain confidential files and records
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with discretion
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
