Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will support senior account managers in maintaining client relationships, coordinating project deliverables, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts and day-to-day communication

• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver project components on time

• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for client meetings

• Monitor project timelines and budgets under the guidance of senior staff

• Conduct market research to support strategic recommendations

• Address client inquiries promptly and professionally

• Attend internal and external meetings to support account management activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 0–2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related role

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (preferred)
