Job Description:

Sphirea Plus is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our growing operations team in Dallas, TX . In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate handling, storage, and movement of goods within our facility. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

• Perform regular inventory checks and update inventory systems

• Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents

• Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Basic math and reading skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse machinery safely

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
