Swift 7 Consultants is looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our Montgomery office. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, greet clients, and ensure smooth communication between departments and visitors.
Responsibilities
Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and attitude
