We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Montgomery, AL. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth internal communications across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner

  • Prepare reports, memos, and other correspondence

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory

  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings

  • Support internal teams with project-related administrative tasks

  • Uphold confidentiality and company policies at all times

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
