We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Montgomery, AL. This role supports the marketing department in executing campaigns, preparing promotional materials, conducting research, and coordinating internal communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and eager to contribute to dynamic marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials and campaigns

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

  • Help manage and update the company’s marketing databases and CRM

  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events, presentations, and trade shows

  • Support the preparation of reports on campaign effectiveness

  • Assist with internal communications and interdepartmental coordination

  • Work closely with vendors and external partners to ensure brand consistency

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic design platforms is a plus

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
