We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role is critical in managing client relationships, resolving inquiries, and ensuring the successful execution of account activities. You will play a key part in maintaining client satisfaction while supporting the internal team with account coordination and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments
Ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests and service delivery
Track and manage account activity, performance, and reporting
Address client concerns and provide prompt resolutions
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports
Coordinate with team members to ensure client goals and expectations are met
Monitor market trends and provide client insights and recommendations
Maintain accurate and organized client documentation
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
1-2 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer-facing roles preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
