Sharpcontra is seeking a Marketing Relations Assistant to support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives and maintain effective communication with partners, vendors, and clients. This entry-level to mid-level role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in communication and relationship-building, as well as a desire to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional events

  • Maintain regular communication with clients, media partners, and vendors

  • Support the marketing team in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals

  • Schedule meetings, prepare briefing materials, and take meeting minutes

  • Coordinate the delivery of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency

  • Monitor campaign performance and compile analytics reports

  • Respond to inquiries and maintain updated records of client interactions

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, client relations, or administrative support role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of CRM tools or project management software is a plus
