Hype Tier is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our marketing department in planning, execution, and day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, organizing projects, and assisting in the coordination of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team and management

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and calendar appointments

  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and marketing materials

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining digital and physical files

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and events

  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers

  • Manage internal documentation and data entry related to marketing activities

  • Track marketing expenses and assist with budget reporting

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and opportunities

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or marketing support roles

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
