Job Description:
Hype Tier is seeking a skilled and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our Atlanta-based team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of internal and external communications strategies, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for clear, impactful communication.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and edit content for press releases, newsletters, internal communications, and other materials

• Assist in coordinating communication campaigns and initiatives

• Manage communication calendars and timelines

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure message alignment

• Track and analyze performance metrics for communication efforts

• Support event planning and coordination as needed

• Maintain and update media contact lists and distribution channels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a communications or administrative support role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of project management tools

• Familiarity with media relations and corporate communications is a plus
