Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Chicago-based team. The BDR will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting our sales team. Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and senior sales executives

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with detailed records of prospects and interactions

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor pitches to client needs

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to achieve sales targets

  • Attend industry events and trade shows to expand business contacts and promote company offerings

  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
