Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Communications Agent to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This role is essential for managing both internal and external communication strategies, supporting our client messaging efforts, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and a proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute clear and persuasive communication materials

• Coordinate and support internal communication initiatives

• Maintain brand consistency across written and verbal communications

• Assist in the development of messaging for client campaigns and public relations

• Track and report on communication effectiveness and audience engagement

• Respond to inquiries from clients, partners, and internal teams

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure communication alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in a communications, administrative, or client-facing role
