We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our Events Team in planning and executing dynamic, high-impact events. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for event coordination. You will play a vital role in logistics, client support, and on-site coordination.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish
Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, equipment rentals, catering, and transportation
Support communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams
Maintain accurate event documentation and schedules
Help with setup, registration, and breakdown of events
Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback
Manage inventories of promotional materials and event supplies
Qualifications
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field
1+ year of experience in event planning or administrative support preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic event planning software
Must be available to work occasional evenings or weekends based on event schedule
