Reboot Staff is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism in all company messaging. This role is key in maintaining our reputation and supporting ongoing business initiatives through effective communication strategies.
Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications including emails, announcements, press releases, and reports
Serve as a point of contact for client and team inquiries related to communications
Coordinate and assist in the planning of meetings, presentations, and events
Ensure all communications align with brand standards and company objectives
Support leadership with speech writing, presentations, and official correspondence
Monitor and report on communication trends and provide recommendations for improvement
Collaborate across departments to gather content and ensure message consistency
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative role
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and discretion
