Job Description

Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communications efforts. This position plays a vital role in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating written materials, and assisting with branding and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about communication, organization, and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials, newsletters, brochures, and email campaigns

• Coordinate and maintain company messaging across internal and external channels

• Support the creation and editing of written content for presentations, websites, and promotional documents

• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and campaign performance

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align messaging with company goals

• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling and reporting

• Track competitor and industry trends to support strategic planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools
