Reboot Staff is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information about products and services

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Assist in processing orders, forms, and applications

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery

  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling customer issues

  • Support the customer service team with additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or administrative support experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management systems

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
