We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from customers regarding property-related questions or concerns

  • Provide accurate information and solutions in a professional and timely manner

  • Document customer interactions using our internal systems

  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently

  • Follow up on unresolved inquiries to ensure full resolution

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or a similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer support software

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience in real estate or property management is an advantage
