Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to build a long-term career in client relationship management and account development. You will support senior representatives, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to account growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts

• Support senior account representatives in client communication and follow-ups

• Conduct market research and help prepare client proposals

• Track and report on client interactions and account updates

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly

• Maintain accurate client data and records using internal systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Previous customer service or account management experience is a plus, but not required
