We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our Events Team in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of corporate and community events. This role will play a key part in ensuring all events are executed smoothly, aligning with Property Soar’s standards and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of in-person events, including open houses, client appreciation events, and company gatherings

  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all event logistics are properly managed

  • Maintain inventory of event materials and ensure timely setup and breakdown of events

  • Support on-site event execution and troubleshoot issues as needed

  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budget tracking, and event reports

  • Ensure all events align with brand standards and provide an exceptional experience for attendees

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, or related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in event planning or coordination is highly desirable

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends

  • Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
