We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our Events Team in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of corporate and community events. This role will play a key part in ensuring all events are executed smoothly, aligning with Property Soar’s standards and strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of in-person events, including open houses, client appreciation events, and company gatherings
Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all event logistics are properly managed
Maintain inventory of event materials and ensure timely setup and breakdown of events
Support on-site event execution and troubleshoot issues as needed
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budget tracking, and event reports
Ensure all events align with brand standards and provide an exceptional experience for attendees
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, or related field preferred
1+ year of experience in event planning or coordination is highly desirable
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
