Property Soar is seeking a dependable and proactive Client Account Representative to join our growing team. This role involves managing client relationships, handling account inquiries, ensuring service satisfaction, and supporting account-related activities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for assigned client accounts

  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain accurate account records and prepare account updates as needed

  • Assist with billing, payments, and contract updates

  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet client expectations

  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients

  • Identify opportunities to improve service and increase client satisfaction

  • Support onboarding of new clients and maintain long-term relationships

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience in client service, account management, or administrative support

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
