Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our executive team with daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

  • Assist with document preparation and file management

  • Support day-to-day operations and executive needs

  • Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls

  • Conduct research and prepare briefing materials as needed

  • Run errands and complete administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • High level of professionalism and discretion

  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred
